Nice hotel with a beach view

A lovely spacious room with a view. The staff was very friendly, the room was cleaned daily. Breakfast and dinner were exceptional assuming you stay in a 3-star hotel.

Parking in this area was a challenge - most of the time all the places nearby were busy. Otherwise, there is not too much to tell here!

2 weeks with the best view we ever had

The hotel is located right next to the beach. We upgraded our room to the 9th floor, that had the best view we have ever had from a hotel room. Breathtaking every time. The rooms are big and well separated, you have a big balcony, a big living room with chairs and a sofa, a small kitchen and a good size bathroom/bedroom. There's a sunbathing balcony with a beautiful view over the ocean and a pool that was always clean. The hotel is very clean all in all, if you get up early enough, you will see the cleaning ladies go through everything. The food was good, the breakfast is a bit monoton, but in our 2 weeks there, we didn't get bored with it, the dinner was different every time, we didn't have the exact same menu in 14 dinners. Individual taste can vary, but I think everyone will find something to eat. The hotel's own supermarket is small, but you can get everything to an acceptable price, a (small) Spar is just 5 minutes walking away for bigger shoppings. Parking on the street is free. Highly recommended hotel!

We had to pay 11 euros/night to upgrade from the 2th floor to the 9th. It was a no brainer based on the beautiful view we had for 2 weeks, but there are no discounts for the this extensive period, this we didn't like. If it was stated more obviously on Booking.com, we would have picked this in advance. It would be great if it was better displayed in the room options. The beds were a bit uncomfortable after a few days, too soft for me, but that's and individual thing. The wall a bit too thin, we could hear a phone buzzing in the other bedroom, but you spend most of your time in the living room on the sofa with the view. The fitness is unfortunate borderline unusable, there are no weight, the bicycle are not really working, nor does the elliptical trainer. They are also loud and places outside below a roof, next to the swimming pool.

Food was very good with plenty of variety . Room was spotlessly clean and cleaned / fresh towels every day . Excellent View from the balcony .

Spacious room, very clean. Excellent location on sea front. Staff very friendly and helpful. One day the cistern on the toilet broke and it was repaired immediately.

The food was nothing special. It was adequate with plenty of choice but fresh fruit would be appreciated.

Location. This is probably the only hotel on the El veril and El ingles beaches that is not located on a hill, so you do not have to use stairs to the beach and back.

We've booked a see vue apartment, the one that we got on the 1st floor was sea faced( like all apartments in this hotel), but all you can see was the swimming pool and a wall. So we had to pay 11 euro per day to get a real sea view apartment on the 7th floor. The sewer smell in our room was quite unpleasant. Sometimes was difficult to find a parking space. The water pressure in the shower was weak .

Lovely hotel in a quiet location with great staff. Not much happening around the hotel

Right on sea front. You can hear the waves crashing in if you have a sea front room. Staff were lovely. Lifeguard on duty by the pool at all times. Coffee good at breakfast. Allowed a late checkout at 5.30pm no quibbles and no charge. Superb. Fish dishes at dinner were great. Staff in restaurant very professional and kind.

No air conditioning in any rooms despite advertising as such on website. Only a ceiling fan in main bedroom. No bar or onsite entertainment. On site supermarket closes at 5pm every day. Food in restaurant not good, particularly for adolescents. "Orange juice" - well it isn't and I really don't know what it was. No drinks with evening meal - not coffee, water...anything. No English people in the hotel - 90% German so brush up on your Spanish and German for this holiday.

Quite correct hotel 2 steps from the beach at reasonable price, super friendly staff and comfy rooms

Quite correct hotel located 2 steps from Veril beach and quite close to Playa del Inglés and Maspalomas beautiful dunes. The staff were super friendly and helpful (and speak awesome German!) and always available to serve, clean and help. The room was fine, spacious and clean, bed and pillows were comfy and the views from the terrace, outstanding. I stayed for a week on 6th floor. The pool was nice and warm. Buffet for breakfast and dinner was varied and overall ok for the price. I would come again!

Nothing major but some details need improvement. The bathroom needs some more hangers for small towels. Towels for the pool/beach are for rent (they should be provided for free in my view, for this price). Leaving 1 eur fee for having TV remote control is rather mean, not needed for this kind of hotel. Schedules for breakfast and especially dinner could be a bit longer / more flexible. Wifi worked well but not in my laptop: I couldn’t connect and had to use my own mobile connection for teleworking. The whirlpool (jacuzzi) didn’t have bubbles. Other than that, everything was fine.

Good, a bit monotonous in the second week

I booked a junior suite with a sea view, upon arrival we were given a pool view on the ground floor. After a long, long meeting, we received a promise to change the room the next day. What I don't understand is that they show three types of room categories, which are not found on the booking page. When leaving, another guest at the reception desk was also like me.
